Advanced Magic Academy a school located in the capital of Earlshide Kingdom.

Description[]

A bit bigger than a private high school, since it has only 300 students in a three academic year system with 100 students in each academic year. The academy is an institute for higher education where they train students who excelled and finished their secondary education by the age of 15. It's an institution that tempers further those who are skilled in magic. The class a student will be put in is decided by the results of their entrance exam. Like other schools in Earlshide Kingdom, nobility has no power over anything and the school uses a perfect merit system. The newly top scorers has the right to do a presentation in the ceremony.

Rules[]

Forbidding a noble's authority inside the Advanced Magic Academy, and bringing harm or bully to another Magician; is an act which can reap the bud of an excellent Magician, and any student who broke this rule will be subjected to severe punishment that includes having students expelled from the academy forever for their disobedience. Rather than it being a rule of the Advanced Magic Academy, it’s considered to be a Royal Decree.

Examinations[]

The exam included a written portion as well as a magic aptitude evaluation that was carried out in an indoor practice field. The goal of the evaluation was to see if the candidate had magical ability to destroy a dummy target. Even if a candidate couldn’t destroy it, it seems the examiners will look at their proficiency in magic. The exam format is where 5 people enter the indoor practice field at a time according to their exam number and display their magic one person at a time.

Classes[]

This academy has four different classes in each year level: S, A, B, and C. The S-Class has the smallest number of students consisting of 10 people, and as for the other classes, they consist of 30 students each; a total of 100 students in each academic year. First year students are divided into these classes depending on the results of their entrance examination. Each year level's, S-Class, the special advanced class, consists of the top ten students in their year level. C-Class, consist of the bottom 30 students, however they are not judged by society as insignificant, as they all passed the academy's extremely difficult entrance exam, and were selected for admittance. Rearrangement of class placement occurs annually as students advance in academic year levels. So, if a student was in C-Class during their first year, it would be possible for them to be placed in S-Class before starting their second year, or before starting their final academic year.

Uniform[]

Advanced Magic Academy has a blue blazer with black slacks, and for freshmen, the color of their neckties’ was red. Juniors have blue necktie, and for seniors, green necktie. The freshmen next year will wear a green necktie. Girls wore black pleated skirts and a ribbon instead of a necktie.
