Herald von Bluesphere (ヘラルド フォン ブルースフィア Herarudo fon Burūsufia) formerly known as Herald von Richmond was the Emperor of the Old Bluesphere Empire that framed Oliver Schtrom as a kidnapper of the common people's children.

Although Herald was adept in kicking down others, when it came to politics, he was completely incompetent.
He conveniently only listened to good reports, and bad reports were ignored. Herald’s desire for recognition was strong, and it’s a long-cherished wish of his to invade the Kingdom.
Background[]
Herald was not only a member of the House of Lords, he made full use of harassing and backstabbing other opposition candidates from the various Duke families, thus becoming the Emperor.
Therefore, many people bore grudges against him. However, when he became the Emperor, they could no longer say a thing.
Chronology[]
Herald, just like Schtrom, was a duke who was recently put to the throne as an Emperor. When he learned that Schtrom was winning the votes of all the lords in the Bluesphere Empire, he plotted a crime to Schtrom which catalyzed a revolt on the commoners in the territory of Stradius and killed the servants and the wife of Schtrom in the House of Stradius.
Later Herald was report by Zest about demonoids infestation in Earlshide Kingdom and believe it was his chance to attack the kingdom off guards and fufill his ambition, unaware that it was a false report. Which later result in disastrous battle as Earlshide army already prepare his coming and destroy half of the imperial army. Worse still, the imperial capital was overrun by demonoids and devils due to Herald don't leave any soldiers behind for defense, leaving the entire nation defenseless.
He and the rest of the remaining troops return upon knowing the situation, but they're ambush by Zest and his men at the capital for their revenge for Herald and imperial nobles's years of abuse. Herald was killed by Zest as he was blast into oblivion.
Abilities[]
Herald is an adept at political game as he was able to become the emperor by blackmail or kick other competitors out of the way, but when it come to both governing and warfare, however, he was completely incompetent.
