Lynn Hughes (リン ヒューズ Rin Hyūzu) is a member of Ultimate Magic Research Society and ranks 7th in the first year S-Class. Her father is a court magician.

Rin is a petite girl, slightly taller than Alice and sports glasses. She is flat-chested.
Personality[]
Rin is a girl with few words. However, she becomes excited when it comes to Shin's magic. Due to her reckless way of gathering magic, she was dubbed as the 'Reckless Magic Girl' by Shin, something she appears to be delighted of, even though it wasn't a complement. Rin has a unique sense of naming as she was the one who named their research group.

- Her poor magical control for combat makes Lynn similar to Megumin from Konosuba. Though the key difference is Lynn uses a versatile magic arsenal, why Megumin can only use one explosion spell a day.
- She's chuunibyu, albeit not that deluded.
- Lynn tends to comically cause electric explosions that give everyone comedic fizzy afros.
