Osama Naval (ウサマ ナバル Usama Nabaru) was first introduced during the Three Country Talks between Earlshide Kingdom, Els Federation of Free Commerce, and the Ys Holy Nation commenced. He was the representative of Els Federation of Free Commerce and he rejected the alliance along with the other representative.

Personality[]
Diplomat Naval is a textbook businessman. He prioritizes profits and losses first and foremost. Though he is noy without a minor bit of altruism, as he joined in the mutually beneficial Alliance between nations to fight the demons. He also can't stand personal greed overshadowing the greater good; even when it comes to finances.
Naval initially feared Shin after seeing his magic wipe out large heard of demonic beasts, worrying he may try taking over the world; however, he calmed down once Shin stated he found the idea ridiculous and just wanted a normal and peaceful life.
