Russell von Ritzburg (ラッセル リッツバーグ Rasseru Rittsubāgu) or commonly called Count Ritzburg is the father of Kurt von Ritzburg, the devil that was subjugated by Shin Wolford.

According to Diseum, Count Ritzburg, in contrast to his idiot son Kurt, was a man famous for being a strict person with strong morals, and he loathes things such as injustices and putting pressure on others including his own son, Kurt, where the father had disciplined his arrogant son for his insolence of disobeying the law of the royal families' decree and disgraced the family's name as he ordered one of his guards to tied up and lock up Kurt to his room as a punishment. As a noble, Russell hold an absolute loyalty to King Diseum as he believes the law when those using status influence are considered to be forbidden and will not tolerate excuses even when punched his idiot son, Kurt and locked him up to strip his nobility status for his disrespects the law.
Background[]
The House of Ritzburg were at first under observation after Kurt's demonization but after Schtrom's confession that he had used Kurt as a guinea pig, they were not charged of any crimes, and were treated as victims instead. However, because it was the truth that his son did cause an uproar, Russell had decided to resign from his post as the Vice Minister of the Finance Bureau.
